Dr. Ramalingam Tharmalingam, who was born in Imaiyanan West, Udupiddy, Jaffna and lived in Mallakam, Jaffna and later in Melbourne, Australia, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Saturday, 05 February 2022.
He is the beloved son of the late Ramalingam and Sinnammah,
Loving son in law of the late Subramaniam and Rathinam,
Beloved husband of Poomalar,
Ever loving father of Divaharan (Engineer, Australia) and Dharshini,
Loving father in law of Mathanan (Mathi -Australia) and Mathu (Australia),
Kind and loving brother of Nageshwary, Markandu and Kowshaladevi (all of Canada), Sivarajah (Germany) and Annarani (Sri Lanka),
Loving brother in law of the late Rajaratnam and Kandasamythurai, and also of Sivaneshwary (Canada), Gunavathy (Germany), Arulananthavadivel (Sri Lanka), the late Mylvaganam, Krishnapillai, Thambithurai, Lakshmi, and Kandasamy (India),
Affectionate grandfather of Santhosh, Shaprash and Javinash (Australia),
Loving uncle (Periyappah) of Duvaragan (Germany), Baheerathy (Germany), Sangeetha (Canada), Sanjeevan (Canada), Muhunthan (Sri Lanka), and Gavaskar (England),
Loving uncle (Mama) of Varendran, Bavani, Sivendran, Nilani and Gajendran (all of Canada), Vathani (Germany), Abhirami (England), Mohan (Australia), Mahendran (Swiss), Jeevan (Swiss), Ahilan (deceased), Yasotha (France), Kesavan (England), Sugantha (Sri Lanka), Mayura (India) and Mayuran (India).
